Today I purchased the 16 items pictured above, 14 of which were school supplies, for only 22 cents. I did this in only 2 transactions because I had $10.99 in ECBs from last week. Here is how I split up the transactions.

(3) Paper Mate Grip Pens $.99 ea
(2) Pocket Folders $.05 ea
(1) CVS Scissors $2.99 ea
(2) CVS Glues $.99 ea
Use:
-$10 ECB
Total OOP=$.04
Get Back ECB for: 2.99, 1.98, 1.98, and 2.97
2nd transaction

-$2.99 ECB from 1st transaction
-$2.97 ECB from 1st transaction

If you would like to see these broken down into smaller transactions you can check out a post by Jenny over at Southern Savers here.
